Terms and Conditions

Camp Registration
By registering for an Elite Cricket School Holiday Camp or Tour, parents or guardians agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of their child. All bookings must be made through the Elite Cricket website or approved registration platform.Payment and Refund Policy
2.1 School Holiday Camp Cancellations by Elite Cricket
If a camp day is cancelled due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a credit for a future camp. Credits are valid for 12 months.
2.2 School Holiday Camp Cancellations by Participants
Within 7 days of the camp start date
No refund or credit will be issued.
More than 7 days before the camp start date
A credit will be provided for a future camp.
2.3 Tour Cancellations by Participants
If a participant cancels their place on an Elite Cricket tour for any reason, a cancellation fee of $1,000 will apply.
This fee covers administration costs, planning, bookings and supplier commitments made on behalf of the participant.
Any additional costs already incurred by Elite Cricket that cannot be recovered from suppliers may also be deducted from any refund owed.
2.4 No Cash Refunds
Unless otherwise required by law, Elite Cricket does not issue cash refunds for camps. Credits only apply for school holiday camps as outlined above.
Safety, Risk and Liability
3.1 Acknowledgement of Risk
Cricket is a physical sport and carries inherent risks. By registering, parents or guardians acknowledge that accidents and injuries can occur during normal participation.
3.2 Insurance
Elite Cricket holds appropriate public liability insurance. Parents acknowledge that despite supervision and safety measures, injuries may occur during cricket activities.
Elite Cricket is not liable for injuries resulting from normal sporting participation, failure to follow instructions, or behaviour outside coach supervision.
3.3 Supervision and Compliance
All participants must follow coach instructions at all times and use equipment safely.
Elite Cricket reserves the right to remove any participant acting in a way that endangers themselves or others.
Behaviour Expectations
4.1 Conduct
Participants must treat coaches and other participants with respect and behave in a safe and appropriate manner.
4.2 Bullying and Misconduct
Bullying, harassment, discrimination or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
If a participant is found to be bullying or behaving inappropriately:
Parents or guardians will be contacted immediately.
The participant may be removed from the camp or tour.
No refund or credit will be issued in such circumstances.
Wet Weather Policy
Camps aim to proceed wherever possible, including during wet weather.
At St Ignatius’ College Riverview, indoor facilities will be used when available. Activities may be modified for safety.
Only in the case of extreme or unsafe conditions will a camp be cancelled. A credit will then be issued as outlined in section 2.1.
Medical Information
Parents or guardians must provide accurate medical information at registration and ensure participants bring required medication such as inhalers or EpiPens.
In the event of an emergency, Elite Cricket may arrange medical treatment or ambulance transport. Associated costs may be the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
Media and Photography Permission
Elite Cricket may take photos or videos during camps or tours for coaching review or promotional purposes including website, social media and marketing materials.
Parents who do not want their child included must notify Elite Cricket in writing prior to the program start date. Otherwise, permission is assumed.
Personal Belongings
Elite Cricket is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought to camps or tours.Privacy
Elite Cricket collects personal information for registration, communication, safety and administration purposes.
Information is stored securely and is not sold or shared with third parties, except where required for safety or by law.
Program Modifications
Elite Cricket reserves the right to modify activities, venues or schedules due to weather, safety or operational requirements.
