As the new season approaches, it’s time to dive into pre-season training headfirst! Building upon the foundation set by the Term 2 Winter Academy, this program shifts its focus to prepare players for the opening match of the season. Emphasising rigorous net sessions, extensive batting practice, and increased bowling volume, this phase of training is crucial for laying the groundwork for a successful season.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

WHERE: Shore School Indoor Centre, Northbridge

WHEN: Friday nights, 8 consecutive weeks

AGE GROUP: 10-15 years

TIME: 6:30-8:30pm

COST: $800 per term
